Two interactive virtual live (real-time) class sessions on Zoom, with applied use case examples (3 hours each, total of 6 class hours) + office hours.

Lesson 1: Fundamentals of UX Writing and Prompt Writing
Introduction to UX writing principles, how AI can enhance the UX content creation process, and the fundamentals of writing effective prompts for AI tools.
Lesson 2: Writing UX Components with AI
Practicing AI-assisted content creation for key UX components, focusing on voice, tone, and usability for well-adapted user experiences across multiple locales.

About the program developer & trainer
With over 15 years in the localization and UX industry, Michal Kessel Shitrit has helped bring UX knowledge to numerous localizers – and vice versa. Her UX Writing course for the localization industry helped dozens of students gain a better understanding of UX knowledge and practices, and was described as “a game changer for localizers and the industry”.
Michal’s strong passion for transforming multilingual experiences led her to focus on the UX – Localization relationship. After gaining her BA and MBA in media and communication studies, she proceeded to build her localization and UX writing business.
On top of her day-to-day client work, Michal consults companies on optimizing localization processes for UX, studies the relationship between UX and Localization, and manages Localization Station.
